The Vacant Chamber

If this were fictional world, someone would come and listen to you

But this is real world and you only have yourself

So there are two choices

Save yourself

Or drown

When you grew up moving constantly from a place to another place,

your parents got divorced and lived in different islands,

you went home to three different provinces,

you stayed in another town far from home,

and your job required you moving periodically,

you either would have identity crisis all the time or you would just accept who you were and let people guess about your origin because their guesses might be right.

You would be an outsider due to the fact that you were always a newcomer, a new kid, and just a new face in the crowd. You were so used to be it. You let those places became part of you and those memories shaped you. You absorbed those different voices and views into your way of life.

You realized that you would always be alone so you made your soul as your only sanctuary even when it was shattered.

You thought you would never fit in and never be attached to those places, yet you still reminiscing for the memories you had been through before.

The fate that has been given to you makes you realize the journey is a little bit lonely.

Your voice echoes in the emptiness. No one will listen, at least the void embraces you as who you are.
